This document constitutes the binding legal agreement governing the access and use of the web ecosystem and services of LEAF. This text unifies the Legal Notice, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, in strict compliance with European (GDPR), Spanish (LSSI-CE), and international protection guidelines (COPPA).
This platform operates as the official channel for the development, distribution, marketing, and exploitation of video games, software applications, and Software as a Service (SaaS) tools. All cloud services, downloadable software, and content are provided "as is" (AS IS) and "as available". LEAF does not offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or express warranties of continuous availability, absolute compatibility, or absence of errors. Accessing the platform implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
The digital products and assets of LEAF (source code, art, databases, algorithms, interfaces, lore, and trademarks) are licensed, not sold. The owner retains exclusive intellectual property rights. Decompilation, reverse engineering, data mining (scraping), or any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited. Feedback and UGC: Any suggestion, bug report, or design idea submitted to LEAF will be considered non-confidential, and the owner reserves the irrevocable right to integrate it into their ecosystem without any obligation for compensation. In applications where the user generates content (UGC), the user retains authorship but grants LEAF a global, royalty-free license to host and process such data for the sole purpose of providing the service.
The acquisition of user licenses for games, recurring subscription models for SaaS tools, in-app purchases, or physical goods (merchandising) is processed exclusively through authorized payment gateways, Merchants of Record (MoR), and third-party distributors (such as Steam, Epic Games, App Store, Google Play, Stripe, Paddle, or print-on-demand providers).
When interacting with these gateways, the user is subject to their respective Terms of Service and EULAs. LEAF does not process direct payments or store financial information on its servers. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable jurisdiction, LEAF disclaims all liability for the loss, corruption, or leakage of data hosted on our applications, as well as for lost profits, loss of revenue, or consequential damages arising from server outages, hardware incompatibilities, or logistical issues with third parties.
LEAF operates under the strict principle of data minimization. We exclusively process data voluntarily provided for technical support (legal basis: consent) and information strictly necessary for the provision of SaaS services (legal basis: execution of a contract). Data is deleted once its purpose is fulfilled. LEAF does not sell, transfer, or profile personal information for advertising purposes. The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by reaching out to the stipulated contact.
In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the tax, registry, and official contact information of the independent developer owning the LEAF infrastructure is as follows:

Although part of our entertainment catalog is rated for general audiences, this web infrastructure and our professional tools are not directed at, nor do they intentionally collect data from, children under 14 years of age (or the equivalent minimum legal age in their jurisdiction). If a legal guardian detects the unauthorized registration of a minor, they can request the irretrievable deletion of the information by contacting our support.
LEAF blocks the execution of third-party tracking and analytical scripts by default until obtaining active and unequivocal consent through our preference manager. In the absence of such consent, the system deploys only technical and session cookies (exempt from the duty to obtain consent under Art. 22.2 of the LSSI). These are strictly necessary for maintaining authenticated sessions (SaaS), server security (CSRF attack prevention), and interface preference persistence (language and theme).
LEAF reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms to adapt them to technological innovations (e.g., AI), business models, or guidelines from distribution platforms. The legal relationship shall be governed by current Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law dictates a different jurisdiction.
